Full oven clean is included at no extra charge β exterior door, interior walls, racks, and glass inside and out.
Our end of lease checklist is the most comprehensive clean we offer. Every area a property manager will inspect is covered β kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, ovens, and more.
Most tenancy agreements require carpets to be professionally steam cleaned before vacating. We vacuum as standard β add the steam clean if your lease requires it. Minimum callout is $250.
These tasks require dedicated tradespeople and are not performed by our cleaning team. Contact us well before your inspection date to check availability.

Before You Book
A few things our cleaners cannot do. Please read these before booking so there are no surprises on the day.
Carpets
We vacuum only. Steam cleaning and stain removal are not included β available as an add-on from $250.
Floors
We vacuum and mop as standard. Deep floor restoration is available as an add-on from $250 β the same team that handles carpet and upholstery, all done in one visit.
Height (1.1m ladder)
Our cleaners use 1.1m ladders β enough for most apartments and homes. Exceptionally high ceilings mean ceiling fans and light fittings above that reach may not be cleanable.
Windows
We clean windows within 1.1m ladder reach. Exceptionally high windows require a specialist window cleaning service, booked separately.
Exhaust fans & A/C units
We clean exhaust filters and wipe A/C unit exteriors. Internal electrical components require a licensed electrician or HVAC technician.
